CTI Salary 2026-27
The CTI salary for the 2026-27 session starts from a minimum of Rs. 65,000 and goes up to a maximum of Rs. 75,000 per month. This makes the internship an attractive option for fresh MPhil, MA, MSc and BS degree holders who want teaching experience in a government college while earning a respectable monthly income.
Apart from the money, CTI experience also helps candidates later when they apply for lecturer posts through the Punjab Public Service Commission, because they already know college teaching, class management and exam duties. Good performance can also help interns get their contracts extended, as explained in our post on CTI contract extension rules.

Do Not Wait for the Last Hour
Thousands of candidates apply on the final day, and the portal can become slow late at night. Prepare your CNIC, degree marks, domicile and contact details before logging in. Check your subject and college choices twice, because once the portal closes, changes will not be possible. If you face an error, try again after a few minutes rather than opening many tabs at the same time.
