CDA Launches New Online Complaint Management System for Citizens

Capital Development Authority has officially launched a new Complaint Management System (CMS) to improve public service delivery and strengthen citizen engagement in Islamabad.

The initiative was introduced under the leadership of Sohail Ashraf to make complaint handling more transparent, efficient, and accountable.

Officials said the new CMS platform will allow citizens to register complaints online at any time through a user-friendly digital portal.

The system also gives users the option to submit complaints on behalf of other individuals who may not have direct access to online services.

One of the major features of the new platform is real-time complaint tracking, allowing citizens to monitor the progress and status of their cases online.

Authorities say the CMS is designed to ensure timely complaint resolution while maintaining full transparency throughout the process.

The platform also stores a complete complaint history so users can review previous interactions and track how issues were handled by CDA departments.

Officials believe this feature will improve public trust and accountability within the complaint management process.

Another important feature of the CMS is direct communication between citizens and complaint handlers, helping resolve issues more quickly and efficiently.

The system also includes a feedback option where users can share their experience and suggestions to help improve services further.

Authorities encouraged citizens to use the official online portal for registering complaints and accessing digital services.

The latest initiative has gained attention online as users search for CDA complaint system, Islamabad complaint portal, CDA online services, and citizen complaint management Pakistan.
