Power Planning and Monitoring Company (PPMC), operating under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), has announced an excellent career opportunity for fresh graduates and young professionals. Applications are invited for the position of Management Trainee Officer (Monitoring & Reporting) on a contract basis with an attractive monthly remuneration package of Rs. 100,000.
According to the advertisement, candidates possessing a Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Public Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Analytics from an HEC-recognized university are eligible to apply. Fresh graduates are encouraged to submit their applications.
The company is seeking candidates with strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and dashboard tools will be considered an added advantage. Applicants should also have good communication, report-writing, presentation, and analytical skills.
Selected candidates will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, data validation, dashboard analysis, and performance evaluation within Pakistan’s power sector. Knowledge of DISCO operations, regulatory frameworks, and operational efficiency indicators will be beneficial.
The maximum age limit for applicants is 30 years, and no age relaxation will be granted. The selected candidate will initially be hired for one year and may later be considered for regular employment based on performance and company requirements.
