Qualification and Experience for Each Post
Director posts
A 16-year HEC-recognised degree is required in the relevant field, such as Business Administration, HRM, Public Administration, Mass Communication, Education Planning, Curriculum Development, Statistics, Economics or Data Sciences. Candidates need 10 years of experience, including at least three years in a senior role. The Director Academics and Research post is especially suited to education professionals with curriculum and research backgrounds.
Chief Audit Officer
ACCA, ICMA or CA, or a 16-year degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce, with five years of post-qualification experience in internal audit, risk management or compliance.
Assistant Director (Training & OAT)
A 16-year degree in Education Planning, HRM, Social Sciences or Business Administration with three years of experience. This is the best entry point for younger teacher trainers and education officers. MPhil or PhD holders and people with government, NGO or donor experience get preference.

- Generate a fee challan from the PEIMA portal. The fee is Rs. 3,000 per post and is non-refundable.
