What Is the STI Agreement Letter?
The agreement letter is the contract between the selected School Teacher Intern and the School Education Department, Punjab. It confirms your school, level (Primary, Elementary or High/Higher Secondary), monthly stipend and the internship period. How to Download the STI Agreement Letter 2026 (Step by Step)
- Open the official STI portal at sti.pesrp.edu.pk on 2 November 2026.
- Log in with the CNIC and password you used to apply.
- Open your dashboard and look for the agreement or offer letter option against your selected school.
- Check your name, father’s name, CNIC, school name, EMIS code and level carefully. If you do not know your school code, see what is EMIS code on STI portal.
- Download the PDF and print at least two copies on clean A4 paper.
- Sign where required. Do not write anything else on the letter.
- Take the signed letter to your school on 3 November along with your original documents.
The portal may be slow on the first morning because thousands of interns log in together. If it does not open, try again after a few minutes or early in the morning, and keep your password handy.

Common Problems With the Agreement Letter and Quick Fixes
- Letter not showing: letters may appear school by school during the day. Check again later and confirm your status on the final list.
- Wrong spelling or CNIC: do not correct it by hand. Inform the head teacher and the district office on the same day.
- Forgot password: use the reset option on the portal with your registered mobile number.
- Selected at two schools: you can sign only one agreement. The other seat goes to the next candidate on that school’s list (see STI waiting list 2026).

After Signing: Joining on 3 November
Report to your school on 3 November with the signed agreement letter, original CNIC, degrees, mark sheets, domicile and photocopies.
