Director QEC
The Director QEC (BPS-20) position requires a PhD, MS, or MPhil, preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.
Candidates should have at least 12 years of experience in academia, administration, or quality assurance in higher education institutions. At least five years of leadership or managerial experience related to Quality Assurance, accreditation, or institutional research is preferred.
Experience with Self-Assessment Reports (SARs), program accreditation, HEC ranking processes, HEC/QAA policies, National Qualifications Framework (NQF), and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) will be beneficial.
Experience with quality assurance organizations and international accreditation processes such as ABET, AACSB, NCEAC, or PEC will also be preferred.
Director ORIC
The university is also hiring a Director ORIC (BPS-20).
Applicants should have a PhD, MS, or MPhil, preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
At least 12 years of experience in academia, research administration, or higher education is required. Candidates should preferably have five years of leadership or managerial experience in research development, technology transfer, commercialization, research grants, funding proposals, industry linkages, technology incubation, patents, or intellectual property rights.
Experience with HEC-funded research projects, research impact assessment, commercialization strategies, innovation hubs, incubators, and startups will be an advantage.
Director IT
One position is available for Director IT (BPS-19).
Candidates should have a First Class Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Applicants should have around 15 years of relevant experience in technical planning, designing and implementation of data networks, web systems, video conferencing, e-learning networks, IT operations, IT projects, data centers, security, or ERP systems.
At least three years of mandatory experience in BPS-18 or equivalent within a Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Body is required.
Certifications such as CCNA and relevant security certifications will be preferred.
Deputy Director Finance
The Deputy Director Finance (BPS-18) position requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, preferably First Class, from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
Candidates should have at least six years of experience in audit and accounts in a position equivalent to BPS-17 or above in a university, board, college, government department, or recognized commercial organization.
Alternatively, candidates with a B.Com, preferably First Class, and at least 10 years of accounts experience in finance, audit, and accounts may also be considered according to the advertisement.
Experience in universities will be given preference.
