Eligibility Criteria for Faculty Posts
Professor (BPS-21)
PhD from an HEC-recognized university in the relevant field, with 15 years of teaching or research experience (or 10 years post-PhD experience) and 15 research publications, including at least 5 in the last five years, in HEC-recognized journals.
Associate Professor (BPS-20)
PhD in the relevant field with 10 years teaching or research experience (or 5 years post-PhD) and 10 research publications, with at least 4 in the last five years.
Assistant Professor (BPS-19)
PhD in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
Lecturer (BPS-18)
First-class MS/MPhil or equivalent degree (18 years of education) in the relevant field with no third division in the academic career. The no-third-division condition does not apply if the candidate holds a higher degree such as a PhD.

The bank draft must be made in favour of the Treasurer, PMAS-Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi:

- BS-5 to 16: Rs. 500
- BS-1 to 4: Rs. 200
Age limit: BS-1 to 16 posts require a minimum age of 18 and a maximum of 35 years. BS-17 and above require a minimum age of 21 years. The age limit does not apply to candidates applying through proper channel.
