The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced walk-in recruitment for women across eight districts of Punjab, offering 26 positions for Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator) roles.
Eligible Districts and Vacancies
The opportunity is open to female residents of Faisalabad, Chiniot, Jhang, Hafizabad, Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab and Bhakkar, with vacancies ranging from one to five posts per district, for a combined total of 26 positions.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be female and residents of the district they are applying for, verified through CNIC or domicile. The minimum educational requirement is Intermediate or an equivalent qualification. The maximum age limit is 25 years, which already includes a five-year age relaxation, and NADRA has clarified no further relaxation will be granted. Prior work experience is preferred but not a mandatory requirement for candidates.
Test and Interview Schedule
Walk-in tests will be conducted from September 29 to October 1, 2026, with registration open daily from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the NADRA Sargodha Regional Head Office. Interviews for those who clear the test will follow from September 30 to October 2, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM each day.
How to Apply
There is no online application process for this drive. Candidates must appear in person at the NADRA Sargodha Regional Head Office with original personal, educational and professional documents. All educational certificates should be attested by the relevant education boards beforehand. Government employees who wish to apply will need to bring a No Objection Certificate from their current department.
NADRA has also made sample tests available on its official careers portal, which candidates are encouraged to review ahead of the walk-in test to better understand the assessment format. This recruitment drive reflects NADRA’s continued push to expand female representation in its regional workforce across central Punjab.
