STI.org.pk publishes guides and updates about the School Teacher Internship (STI) Programme Punjab, along with other education jobs, results and news from Pakistan. Candidates use this information to decide whether to apply, which district to choose, and when to travel for an interview — so every page should be written by someone accountable and checked by someone else before it reaches readers.
This page introduces the people who work on our content, explains the difference between the writer’s job and the reviewer’s job, and shows exactly what a reviewer checks. It complements our Editorial Team page, Editorial Policy and Sources & Research Methodology.
Our Co-Workers and Reviewers at a Glance
| Name | Role | Main responsibility |
|---|---|---|
| Muqaddas Tahreem | Author & Content Research Lead | Researches and writes STI guides and education updates; handles first-level fact-checking and reader questions |
| Sammar Abbas | Editor, Reviewer & Publisher | Reviews content before publishing, approves significant updates and corrections, and sets editorial standards |
Every new guide and every significant update passes through both roles: one person writes, a different person reviews.
Muqaddas Tahreem — Author & Content Research Lead
Muqaddas Tahreem is the primary writer at STI.org.pk. She follows Punjab education recruitment announcements, walks through the official STI portal step by step, and turns official notices into clear guidance for fresh graduates applying for STI positions.
What Muqaddas does
- Identifies the real questions candidates are asking through comments, messages and search trends.
- Researches each topic from the official STI portal, School Education Department Punjab, PESRP/PMIU and district notices.
- Writes step-by-step guides, eligibility explainers, merit and result updates, and FAQs.
- Labels information as confirmed, announced, reported or unconfirmed.
- Prepares updates when a portal, date, list or rule changes, and drafts corrections when readers report errors.
Sammar Abbas — Editor, Reviewer & Publisher
Sammar Abbas is the publisher of STI.org.pk and reviews content before it goes live. He is an independent web publisher who runs several Pakistani public-information websites covering government schemes, education and jobs, with a focus on content quality, SEO and web development. His role on this website is to act as a second pair of eyes: he checks that what the author has written is accurate, clearly sourced, useful and consistent with our editorial standards.
What Sammar does
- Reviews new guides and significant updates before they are published.
- Re-checks key facts — eligibility, dates, stipend figures, merit criteria and official links — against the sources the author used.
- Makes sure headlines and titles do not promise more than the page confirms.
- Checks that the page clearly states STI.org.pk is not the official STI portal.
- Approves corrections and decides how significant corrections are labelled.
- Maintains the Editorial Policy and the standards every co-worker follows.

| Choosing the topic / reader question | Leads | Advises on priority |
| Research from official sources | Leads | Spot-checks sources |
| Writing and structure | Leads | Suggests clarity improvements |
| Fact-checking key figures and dates | First check | Independent second check |
| Official links and portal names | Adds and tests | Re-tests before approval |
| Headline and meta description | Drafts | Approves |
| Publishing decision | Requests | Approves |
| Corrections after publishing | Investigates and drafts | Approves and labels |
What Our Reviewer Checks Before Publishing
Every new or significantly updated page is reviewed against this checklist:
| Check | Question the reviewer asks |
|---|---|
| Source | Is every important claim traced to the official STI portal, a department notification or another credible source? |
| Accuracy | Are eligibility rules, dates, stipend amounts and merit criteria quoted exactly as officially stated? |
| Freshness | Has a newer notice replaced the information used? |
| Scope | Is a district-, subject- or phase-specific rule clearly labelled, not presented as province-wide? |
| Status labels | Are announced, reported and unconfirmed items clearly marked? |
| Links | Do all “Apply” and “Login” links go only to official portals? Are there any broken links? |
| Headline | Does the title match what the page actually confirms? |
| Reader safety | Does the page warn against paying agents or sharing passwords/OTPs where relevant? |
| Independence notice | Is it clear that STI.org.pk is not the official portal? |
| Clarity | Can a first-time applicant follow the steps on a basic smartphone? |
If any check fails, the page goes back to the author with notes and is re-reviewed after changes. A page is published only when both people are satisfied.
When the Writer and Reviewer Disagree
Sometimes the author and reviewer read an official notice differently, or sources conflict. In those cases we do not publish a guess. We go back to the responsible authority, look for a newer or more specific notice, and if the question still cannot be settled, the page states the uncertainty openly and tells candidates how to confirm directly with the official portal or their District Education Authority.
How Reviews Work After Publishing
- Active recruitment pages are re-checked by the author during open application windows and whenever a list or date changes.
- Updates that change facts (a new date, amount, rule or link) are reviewed again before going live.
- Minor fixes such as typos or formatting are made by the author without a full review.
- Reader-reported errors are investigated by the author and approved by the reviewer before a correction is published.
Correction Timelines
| Type of error | Example | Target time after confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | Wrong portal link or eligibility rule | Within 24 hours |
| Important | Outdated date, stipend figure or procedure | Within 72 hours |
| Minor | Typos, formatting, unclear wording | Next scheduled review |
How You Can Tell a Page Has Been Reviewed
- The author’s name is shown on the article.
- Important guides show a “Last reviewed” or “Last updated” date.
- Significant corrections are noted on the page with the date and what changed.
Standards Every Co-Worker Follows
- No co-worker represents or works for the School Education Department, PESRP, a District Education Authority or any recruitment body.
- No co-worker accepts money, gifts or favours from academies, agents or businesses for coverage.
- No co-worker will ever ask a candidate for money, CNIC photos, portal passwords or OTPs.
- Co-workers disclose any personal interest in a topic, and a person with such an interest does not review that content.
- AI tools may help with drafting or structure, but every fact is checked by a person — AI output is never treated as a source.
- Everyone follows our Editorial Policy and Sources & Research Methodology.

Can a reviewer help me get selected for STI?
No. We explain the process; selection is decided only through the official recruitment process.
