Eligibility Criteria for IER Lecturer and Professor Posts
Professor of Education (BPS-21)
PhD in Education from an HEC-recognised institution, with 15 years of teaching or research experience (or 10 years post-PhD) and at least 15 research papers in HEC-recognised journals, five of them in the last five years.
Associate Professor of Education (BPS-20)
PhD in Education, 10 years of teaching or research experience (or five years post-PhD) and at least 10 research publications, four of them in the last five years.
Assistant Professor of Education (BPS-19)
PhD in Education from an HEC-recognised university. No fixed experience or publication requirement is mentioned for this level, which makes it ideal for fresh PhD holders.
Lecturer posts (BPS-18)
For the IER lecturer jobs, candidates need 16 years of education in the relevant subject plus a first-class MS/MPhil (18 years). Lecturer in Education needs a first-class MS/MPhil in Education. No third division is allowed at any stage of the academic career.

- Visit the official portal jobs.pu.edu.pk and select the relevant IER post.
- Fill in every section of the online form with a valid email address and mobile number.
- Print two signed hard copies of the completed form.
