Under the Chief Minister Punjab Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program, 50,000 new scholarships will be given to talented students in undergraduate programs, covering full tuition fee for 4 to 5 years. Eligibility Criteria
- No age limit.
- Applicant must hold a Punjab domicile.
- Monthly family income must be below Rs. 350,000 for students of public sector universities/institutions.
- Monthly family income must be below Rs. 500,000 for students of federal/other sector universities/institutions as per the ad.
- Scholarships will be awarded purely on academic merit.
- Applicant must be enrolled in an eligible program at a selected university or college.
Scholarship Benefits
Selected students get their complete tuition fee paid for the full duration of the undergraduate degree, which is 4 to 5 years depending on the program. This removes the biggest cost of a degree for thousands of families.

- Visit the official portal honhaarscholarship.punjabhec.gov.pk or download the mobile app via the QR code.
- Register with your CNIC/B-Form and mobile number.
- Enter your academic record, university/college and degree program details.
- Add family income details and upload required documents.
- Submit the form before 9 November 2026. Online form submission is completed when you submit it on the portal.
